To reserve the cottage, we typically have you send a deposit for half of the rental week to Joan ($425, which includes the $50 cleaning fee). The remainder of the rent is paid upon your arrival in the summer! We understand that extenuating circumstances sometimes come up, and we will refund your full deposit if you need to cancel at least 30 days in advance of your stay. However, please try to give us as much advance notice as possible so we can offer it up to other renters!
