Rates and Availability
The cottage rents for $900 weekly. Weeks are rented from Saturday to Saturday. We also rent the cottage monthly for a reduced rate.
Check in time is 3:00 pm
Check out time is 10:00 am
We are booking now for summer 2026! Hope everyone has a wonderful winter and we’re looking forward to getting back up to gorgeous Deer Isle and seeing everyone again next year.

To reserve the cottage, we typically ask you to mail a check to Joan with the full rental fee. We understand that extenuating circumstances sometimes come up, and we will refund your rental if you need to cancel at least 30 days in advance of your stay. However, please try to give us as much advance notice as possible so we can offer it up to other renters!
We are a pet friendly cottage, for dogs we charge a $50 cleaning fee due to the extra cleaning that is involved.
