To reserve the cottage, we typically ask you to mail a check to Joan with half of the rental fee ($450). Please mail a check with the remainder of the rental fee by May 1. If it is necessary for you to cancel, we will refund your rental fees if we are notified within at least 30 days of your arrival date. However, please try to give us as much advance notice as possible so we can offer it up to other renters!

We are a pet friendly cottage however for any pets it is necessary to charge a one time $50 cleaning fee due to the additional required cleaning.
